Stephan 2021 ROIs latitude and longitude can be outside the bounding box

The latitudes and longitudes values (dots) in the paper appendix of Stephan et al. 2021 (PSS) are not centered on the bounding boxes used to defined the region of interests.

Even if these values are present in GanymedeROIs and CallistoROIs we do not recommend to use these values as a ROI centro茂d, you should use the bounding boxes instead.
