Deploy to conda-forge

During the PSIDA, some users asked if it would be possible to publish the moon-coverage on conda-forge (in addition to PyPI).

Since we only have a very limited number of dependencies, it should be fairly easy to generate a recipe for conda-forge.

We propose to add this feature after the migration to Poetry in %Version 0.12 (#50 (closed)).
