Add support for west longitude property

For Mars (and other bodies in the solar system), the coordinates reference is positive West longitude. It might be important for some people to get west longitude results in the Trajectory properties.

Map object should also support west longitude ticks as well if the user require it. It should display a warning note that projected maps inputs must be provided in east longitude format.
