Module citation

We need to add a recommendation for the users that want to cite and reference this module:

ToDo:

  • Add an explicit citation in README
  • Add a downloadable bibtex entry
  • Edit bumpversion config to support automatic versioning

Note: At some point, it would be better to submit an article to joss to get explicit citation entry (with a doi). For now, we will use Software Heritage ID as an reference key.
